Process automation for businesses

Every week your team loses hours on tasks a machine would do better: copying data between programs, answering the same emails, producing the same reports. Process automation removes that repetitive work — with or without artificial intelligence — so people can focus on what actually creates value. We identify what to automate, build it, and leave it running.

What we automate

We automate complete workflows, not isolated tricks: we connect the tools you already use (email, spreadsheets, CRM, invoicing) and add AI where judgement is needed — classifying, summarising, drafting.

  • Email and communication: classification, prepared replies and automatic follow-up of sales conversations.
  • CRM and sales: automatic lead capture, qualification and follow-up reminders.
  • Administration: invoices, quotes, data extraction from documents and reconciliations.
  • Reporting: dashboards and periodic reports that generate and send themselves.
  • Customer service: chatbots and assistants that resolve frequent queries 24/7 and escalate the rest.

How we work

We measure first: before automating anything, we record how long each task takes you today. That tells us what to automate first.

We build each automation, test it with you in parallel with the manual process until it is reliable, and only then let it run on its own. Your team gets training and simple documentation, and you can see how much time each workflow saves, compared with what we recorded at the start.

What we measure

Hours per week on each task, before and after. Errors and delays. What the tools cost each month. If the savings don’t cover the cost, we’ll tell you and stop there.

Frequently asked questions

Which of my company’s processes can be automated?

As a rule: any repetitive task with clear rules (copying data, sending reminders, generating documents) can be automated; and with AI, also tasks that require some judgement, like classifying emails or summarising documents. In the free audit we tell you exactly which ones and in what order.

Do I have to change the tools I already use?

Almost never. We connect what you already use — email, Excel/Sheets, your CRM or your invoicing software — through integrations. We only recommend replacing a tool when it is the bottleneck.

What if the automation fails or makes mistakes?

Every workflow is tested in parallel with the manual process before running alone, and critical steps (payments, customer-facing messages) keep human validation. We also monitor the workflows and fix any incident.

How much does automating a process cost?

It depends on the process. The proposal gives you a fixed price and the savings we expect, so you can decide on the numbers, and afterwards we check whether they held up.
